Se facilita a los presidentes y vocales informes económicos y contables del estado de la comunidad periódicamente, consiguiendo que sean los propietarios y sus representantes los que decidan las directrices a seguir para su gestión.
Periódicamente, al menos una vez por semana, se realizan visitas in situ a la comunidad para comprobar el estado de la misma.
Se asesora al presidente y propietarios sobre medios para realizar una gestión eficaz y poder reducir los gastos.
También como servicio adicional le podemos asesorar en materia de subvenciones y, en su caso, realizar las gestiones oportunas.
Se cuenta con profesionales colaboradores, abogados, arquitectos, ingenieros civiles, para poder ofrecer a la comunidad todos los servicios adicionales que pueda necesitar con una excelente relación calidad-precio.
